Strategic Partnering: Remove Chance and Deliver Consistent Success

The Cabinet Office introduced a new approach for how government engages with its key strategic suppliers in 2011. It introduced the ‘Crown Representative’ network to act as a focal point for particular groups of providers looking to supply to the public sector. In 2015, it took the next step in instigating a ’Strategic Partnering’ programme, developed and based on the methodology outlined in Luc Bardin’s book and practice “Strategic Partnering, remove chance and deliver consistent success”
